Beautiful private apartment in a traditional Sevillian style, inside a Palace House of the famous architect Aníbal González.
The apartment is divided into two floors. The ground floor of the apartment is located on the second floor of the house and through the internal staircase of the apartment you can access the attic of the house.
On the ground floor of the attic is the kitchen, a full bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and TV.
On the terrace there is another room with an integrated full bathroom plus another small extra room.
All the mentioned spaces, as well as the terrace, are private for this only apartment.
The house is located in the heart of Seville in the Arenal neighborhood, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the center of Seville. Its excellent location allows you to walk in 5 minutes to the Triana bridge or the bullring and in a couple more minutes you will reach the monumental area (Cathedral, Alcázar, Giralda, City Hall). One step away from Avenida Reyes Católicos with a wide range of leisure and restaurants.
A five-minute walk away is the Plaza de la Campana, the nerve center of Holy Week in Seville.
Very close to the house there are 2 24-hour public car parks: "Mercado del Arenal" and "Paseo de Colón".

Fantastic city and accommodation
Just loved it
Lovely apartment & great location
We loved our stay in this historic building in an ideal location. The stunning tile work, the marble staircases, the framed portraits on the walls--gorgeous. The apartment has two levels. Two bedrooms are on the terrace level. Each had comfortable beds--1 king and 1 queen. A glass of wine on the terrace was perfect after touring the city. We didn't need the air conditioning but we used the heat which warmed up the place very quickly. Antonio and Rafael are great hosts and communication was easy with Whatsapp. Check in is simple with the lock box. We would definitely stay again.

If you want to experience an authentic Seville accommodation, this is the place you are looking for. Rafael and Antonio are amazing hosts. The building is split into 4 separate units that each have their own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living areas. It's situated in the main city area and within walking distance to the main attractions of Seville. I definitely recommend this place and will visit again.
